Payment is upfront. Split payments can be arranged for commissions over $350. Do not send any amount before I invoice you.

You get a full refund if I cancel the commission for personal reasons, or a partial refund in case you cancel after I've started working on it: 90% before sketches are submitted, 60% before final sketch approval, no refunds once it's approved.

You agree that you'll not issue a chargeback — I'll transfer it to you.

I'll retain full rights to works produced for client‑cancelled commissions. Unless arranged beforehand cancelling a commission also voids the client's usage license for any material already sent.

🗸 License: For personal use in items like avatars, character sheets, wallpapers for your devices, prints for your house, tattoos for yourself, or for another person if the commission is a gift.

🗙 Disallowed Usage: Commercial, including merchandise, promotional, branding in social media, streaming and more, concept art, asset or illustration in a product, and any kind of redistribution without securing consent. All these uses are considered commercial and quoted differently.

The ownership and/or license to part or all of the work cannot be transferred or sold without prior consent.

NTFs, blockchains and the inclusion in ML/AI training datasets or generation inputs including but not limited to inpaiting are strictly forbidden.

You'll receive 2480px (A5 @ 300ppi ) at largest side PNG files. Different resolutions can be negotiated.

Unless signed off I retain the rights to publish the artwork on my portfolio and social media. NDAs can still be applicable.

If you want something specific, be specific. Very basic descriptions are fine, but without references — specially for clothing — an extra design fee can apply. Vague briefings are subject to a limit of 3 initial iterations.

Up to 3 major revisions can be done before the final sketch is approved. After that only corrections will be done. Be sure to get everything you want in place before giving it your approval!

Starting price applies to waist up or bust wearing simple clothing or armor. It can extended to half body.

Extras: Complex clothing, patterning, jewelry, props and FX start at +$15.

Extra views or expressions and alternative designs range between +$40 and $110 depending on how much of the original is repurposed, added to complexity fees applicable to the extra design.

Flat, gradient, or basic textured background included. Detailed backgrounds range between +$10 and $200.

Includes props and medium complexity designs like armors with a couple of layers like plate over a gambeson.
